SummaryFriday 17 and Saturday 18 June 2022 it's that time again: the Beach Challenge cross triathlon and volunteers are very important!
The requirements for this event are high. To make this event run smoothly, we need the help of many volunteers.
The purpose of the volunteers is to make the course safe and to keep it pleasant for athletes and visitors to Kijkduin and to help with various supporting tasks. Every year, more than 150 people participate in making the Beach Challenge triathlon a success.
What can a volunteer expect?
If you register, you will receive more information in the weeks leading up to the competition. On the day itself, your task will be clearly explained by the coordinator of the component. Every volunteer receives a commemorative shirt from us and food and drinks are of course also provided. We hope to hear from you soon, so that we can map out who can support what where.

About Beach Challenge
The event has grown into an accessible two-day sports/beach festival with activities for young and old, on and on the beach. The Beach Run running race is now widely known and well attended. The main event is still the triathlon, which presents new challenges every year due to the changes in the natural playing field of the sea, beach and dunes.
