We are a young organization that cooperates with official government agencies and institutions in Ukraine and the Netherlands. Our largest project 'Ukraine Emergency Appeal' is aimed at delivering humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
We are looking for people who can help us with the weekly shipments, including preparing returns, communicating with the local Ukrainian authorities and managing the delivery. Both English and Dutch speakers are welcome!
What is your role?
You are responsible for making the entire process run as smoothly as possible. This will not go without a fight, but this will not stress you out. You are the contact person for current and new transports and you will switch the logistics departments and transporters.
Who are you?
You are highly motivated with a background in logistics or supply chain. Someone who is stress resistant and keeps a lot of balls in the air. Problem solving is in your DNA. An organizational approach is essential. You are strong in the English language, both verbally and in writing, another language is a plus.
