You receive visitors to the health center and show them the way in the center and in the neighbourhood. You also help visitors to make appointments.Detailed description
We are looking for hosts and hostessess for our health center. You are the calling card of our health center and you accompany visitors to their appointment. You receive them with a friendly smile. You answer their questions and refer them to the various options for making an appointment or show them the way in the neighbourhood. You keep the peace for the patients in the waiting room. Also point out to your visitors the digital and telephone options for making appointments. We are looking for volunteers who are available at least 3 hours a week on working days (Monday to Friday) from 8.00/9.00-12.00 or from 13.00-16.00. You make interesting contacts with the residents of the Schilderswijk. Some residents have difficulty reading and writing or do not master the Dutch language and find it difficult to find the right help and support. You work in an inspiring work environment with healthcare professionals.
