The sport is growing enormously, so we are always looking for fanatics and talents to further develop and professionalize the sport. We are currently working on the development of:
• Dutch Championship calisthenics
• Calisthenics.nl App
• Quality mark calisthenics park
• International federation
• Promotion and professionalization of sports
In everything we do, we want to be meaningful for everyone and bring calisthenics deeper and broader into society.
Your contribution is an essential part in taking the sport further. Together in an exploratory conversation we look at what you want to learn, what you want to develop yourself in. This could be on marketing or coordination skills, for example.

Calisthenics, always, everywhere, for everyone, a sports climate for every level.

The English word “calisthenics” is derived from two Greek words: “Kalos”, which means “beautiful”, and “Stenos”, which means “strength”. In Dutch it literally means "Beautiful power". It originated in ancient Greece as training for the soldiers.
Calisthenics has become a collective name for all exercises that are performed with one's own body weight or in combination with minimal equipment. A pure form of training with your own body weight, with which you train your strength, endurance, coordination and flexibility at the same time. The ideal mix to build a strong and athletic body.
