Will you become a Telegram volunteer with the Red Cross?

To meet the huge demand for help from people from Ukraine, the Red Cross opens a Telegram account. We are looking for people who want to answer questions from people from Ukraine through this account.

What are you going to do?

• You are replying to messages from people who contact the Telegram account
• You can expect messages from people from Ukraine who need help, have practical questions or just want to tell their story.
• You try to find an answer to the request for help or refer the requester.
• You will receive an extensive script in which you can look up the (possible) answers. Are you stuck? Then you get help.
• You do the work from home

We are looking for someone who:

• Masters the English and/or Ukrainian and/or Russian language
• Have a laptop (Windows or Mac) and a good working internet connection
• Has good communication skills
• Is digitally proficient
• Is available at least 1 day per week to answer messages
