Summary

Stichting She Matters is searching for passionate and energetic volunteers to support our upcoming Lotus Flower Programme!

Detailed description

About She Matters

In August 2017, Stichting She Matters was launched as a not-for-profit with a mission to empower female newcomers to build their social and economic capital, boost their self-confidence and become leaders in their homes, businesses and communities.

We provide a career readiness programme (our Lotus Flower Programme) focused on soft skills training - using a gender-specific approach to empower female newcomers with the knowledge, skills and mentorship needed to enter the labour market.

About the Volunteer Positions

Our next Lotus Flower Programme is scheduled to kick-off at the end of May. We are in need of volunteers who can help us with setting up the program and ultimately implementing it effectively.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Organising the program and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organisation.
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
  • Screen new applicants and answer any questions about the program.
  • Being the point of contact for our selected participants.

We believe in the power of teamwork, so all tasks will be carried out by multiple team members. All tasks and responsibilities will be carried out remotely. We are a great bunch and are always open to being flexible - this experience should be beneficial for both sides!

If you are interested in joining our dynamic team, please send us your CV and a short motivation on why you're interested becoming a volunteer with She Matters.

If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to send us a message here.

Thank you for your interest in supporting our mission. We're looking forward to hearing from you!
