The ideal candidate is resourceful, with attention to detail, organised, multi-task, and proactive in providing administrative support.
In our foundation, we allow volunteers to contribute their skills in other areas of interest. So, whilst the role is primarily in Administration, the postholder will be able to work in other areas of the foundation, where he or she would like to provide a valuable contribution.
Principle Duties and responsibilities
- Providing administrative support for the foundation, supporting the team in a need base, dealing with general enquiries and administrative tasks.
- Drafting and publication of the weekly newsletter.
- Assisting Director and Programme Manager in other duties.
Basic proficiency in MS Office with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is desired from the candidate.
