We, the Foundation "Ukrainians in the Netherlands", are looking for an event manager in our team.

Detailed description

Who we are:

Stichting Oekraïners in Nederland Foundation is a non-profit platform founded in 2014 to support the Ukrainian diaspora in the Netherlands, humanitarian assistance to Ukraine, especially in the occupied territories.


The direction of humanitarian aid sends humanitarian aid for needs in Ukraine - medicines, protective equipment, medical supplies for people at the front and in cities.


We are working to ensure that as much assistance as possible arrives in Ukraine as soon as possible.


Who we are looking for:

  • The person who will create and control the event plan
  • Assistance in finding the location and other necessary means for the event
  • Communication with the participants of the event and participation in its implementation
  • Employment - 10 hours a week
  • Language skills: Ukrainian, English and/or Dutch*
  • Punctuality, organization, sociability, purposefulness 
  • Previous experience in the field of event management will be an advantage.
