The Vitalis Foundation links volunteers to children who need extra attention. We call them buddies, they act as big brother, sister, grandpa, grandma, in short, as a buddy for children between the ages of 5 and 18, who are having a hard time. No assistance, but just for that extra helping hand!
Flying a kite together on the beach, or playing a board game at home. As a buddy, you make an appointment with the child for a year to one and a half years, in consultation with the parents. This is about half a day a week or two weeks.
Age from 21 years with some life experience. You are a flexible personality and you have perseverance. You can empathize with a child and also like to play a game, or bake a cake, or kick a ball or cycle a bit.... if you are younger you may be able to supervise a buddy in the context of an internship: For students have a different age, consult our website.
We need a lot of buddies, we have a lot of waiting kids! So sign up. We welcome you with open arms and provide very good guidance during your entire pairing!
