Many people find society complicated. They often have a limited network they can turn to. Everyday questions can lead to stress, avoidance of situations and ultimately major (financial) problems. Many of these people have a smartphone.

Many volunteers want to do something good for others, but don't want to do traditional forms of volunteering where they commit themselves for a longer period of time and have to be available at set times. They are looking for flexible volunteer work.

Solution
For all these people is QuestionApp. With the app, vulnerable citizens have quick answers from volunteers to their everyday questions. A question can be asked via text or speech. The question comes in to five volunteers at the same time. The first volunteer who has the knowledge, time and inclination accepts the question and enters into a chat contact with the questioner.
