SummaryHelpdesk employee Guiding and Driving
The Hague has many people over 60 who are unable to use public transport due to circumstances. A visit to the doctor, family and friends or just getting a shopping spree is often a big task. To organize all this properly, we need your help to answer the phone and schedule appointments.
What are you going to do:
You are responsible for answering telephone requests and for a match between the applicant and an available driver.
You process agreements made in the appropriate (automated) appointment lists.
You inform the coordinator about the progress of the project and report this in the logbook.
Where possible, you participate in employee meetings, you think about the development of the service and there is room to give advice on possible improvements.

You are customer-friendly, communicative and socially skilled. You have a good command of the Dutch language. You can work with Excel and Outlook. You have an affinity with the elderly and you can support them by telephone. You have a positive and helpful attitude and attitude.
