A Voluntary Porter helps seniors living independently with their belongings. You help those who no longer have the muscle to do so themselves, and who also have no one to ask for it.
It often involves moving (heavy) items / household goods or placing them in the bulky waste bin.
It is - for strong hands - often a small job of one or two hours at the most.
