Working at the Zuiderparktheater is never boring. Especially when the summer season is around the corner, we need some extra hands!
Can you already see yourself standing behind the bar at one of our open-air concerts in the Zuiderpark? Think of concerts by, for example, De Dijk, Ilse de Lange, Ellen ten Damme, Pink Project and much more!

Do you like popping behind the bar and are you not averse to rolling up your sleeves, having fun with your fellow volunteers and visitors to the Zuiderparktheater?
Then we are looking for you!
As a volunteer with the catering team, you help during the performances at the indoor or outdoor bar in the theater. This varies in manning the taps, serving and selling drinks and/or snacks.
In the spring and summer, the theater can really use your help, especially on Wednesdays to Sundays. You can schedule yourself flexibly and digitally for services in the volunteer roster with us.

Zuiderparktheater, a unique theater with a social heart
In the (culturally calm) summer months, the Zuiderparktheater contributes to fun, sparkling, active and impressive outdoor experiences in the Zuiderpark. With its programming, the open-air theater focuses on residents of the Haaglanden region in general and users of the Zuiderpark in particular, and aims to be accessible to both residents and residents of The Hague.
Although the theater serves the entire city and even the region, it sees a task, as a 'good neighbour', to make an effort for the surrounding neighbourhoods. For a closer society it is essential that people from different backgrounds come together, work together and party together. The Zuiderparktheater wants to contribute to this by initiating participatory cultural projects.
With a small professional team, a large group of volunteers is committed to assisting in the operation of our theater. These volunteers form an important bridge to the neighborhoods around us. They are our 'ambassadors in the neighbourhood'. In the eyes of the theater a concrete interpretation of 'a share in each other'.

Host/ Hostess
