In order to offer our volunteers an unforgettable lunch, we could use some extra hands and feet! The volunteers in question have received a personal invitation for a lunch on Thursday, April 10. It concerns approximately 25-30 volunteers and supervisors. It is a private lunch. Lunch time: 12:00 - 13:00.
We are looking for volunteers who can help with (one or more):
- Shopping / menu composition (food, drinks, decoration)
- dressing the room, preparing food/drinks
- help serve -> show guests around
- hostess / host -> welcome guests and sign off
- help clean up
