About Het Jacobshospice

We want to care for and assist a sick loved one at home for as long as possible. Sometimes this is not possible (anymore) for various reasons. Six guest residents live in The Hague's 'almost home-home' who do not have long to live. It is also possible for people in the terminal phase to stay in our house for a short, pre-agreed period, the so-called respite care, to give their loved ones a moment of 'rest'. The care is in the hands of specialized volunteers and professionals, who complement each other in all kinds of areas.
