About Wijkz, Bouwlust

Wijkz stands for Social Support of the Environment and Individual. We are supported by Xtra. Together with the Service Points XL, you can come here for help and support every day in your area. Client support staff and social workers work at our Service Points and it is easy to make contact with youth workers, community workers, counselors for the elderly and other professionals in the neighbourhood. With our professionals, supported by a large number of volunteers, we support residents from young to old who can no longer manage on their own. Together with our partners in the neighbourhood, in education, care, welfare, housing, safety, with residents' organizations and the municipality, we make an important contribution to the well-being of residents in our neighbourhoods. Due to the close cooperation, close to the residents, their talents and possibilities are used and we give them the opportunity to solve problems themselves, in and with their social network.
