What is the Red Cross
The Red Cross helps people in need. We do that around the corner – and far away. We do this from our hearts and with our sleeves rolled up. And we do this with many volunteers who work with passion. We operate worldwide on the basis of our seven founding principles: Charity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntariness, unity and universality.
