About Stichting Community Plus

The Community Plus Foundation was founded in 2021 to improve the quality of life, social cohesion and sustainability within the Leidschenveen-Ypenburg district. The mission of the Community Plus Foundation is to contribute to improving the quality of life and social cohesion of The Hague neighborhoods through small-scale and sustainable projects that are carried out by and for the local community. We strive to increase social cohesion, have a positive impact on the environment and be an inspiring example for other communities. In our vision, we see a future in which The Hague's neighborhoods flourish as sustainable, liveable and inclusive communities, where people of all ages and backgrounds live together and work together to improve and preserve their environment. This future is realized through bottom-up initiatives that are driven by the community itself and in which sustainability, social cohesion and inclusivity are central.
