About Stichting H.V.P. Zorg

Taking care of yourself is not self-evident. HVP Zorg can offer you exactly that care in your own living situation that you cannot handle alone. Based on the care indication and your individual wishes and needs, a care (life) plan is drawn up. Together with you, your family and your GP, we try to tailor the care as optimally as possible to your personal needs. Naturally, we have qualified, certified, and BIG-registered personnel.
