About Stichting IBCE

The Foundation for Intercultural Promotion Contact & Education (IBCE) is a multicultural welfare organization, founded in August 2001 by immigrant and autochthonous students from higher and scientific education. Since its foundation, we have brought together various groups of people within the Leidschendam-Voorburg municipality. Our activities range from homework help to International Women's Day, but everyone is welcome with us.
