Everyone counts. Everyone should be able to participate in our society. Hundreds of professionals are hard at work every day to support residents in this. Xtra was founded to ensure that those professionals can fully focus on the people who need their help. As an umbrella organization of six organizations in the Haaglanden region, Xtra bundles practical activities in the field of business management. More importantly, however, this collaboration also enables knowledge exchange, cross-fertilization and innovation. This makes it possible to help residents in a coherent way at every stage of life and in many areas. From advice in the event of an unwanted pregnancy to support for the elderly. From a counter for young mothers to social work. From pre-school education to activities in the neighbourhood. From low-threshold information for young people to intensive supervision of residential groups. From counseling people with disabilities to school social work.
