What is FAS? FAS is the direct result of the mother's alcohol consumption during pregnancy. The damage caused by the alcohol is permanent and can manifest itself in specific physical abnormalities, but also in concentration and memory problems. The FAS project gives children and adults with FAS a face. Do you want to know and see more about FAS? Then view our animation and videos via: https://www.fasproject.nl/film.html In the 's Gravenzande area we are looking for one for a young adult with FAS. As a buddy you go out together and do fun things, conviviality is central to this. Are you confident and can you set boundaries? Are you active, social, and above all, do you want to give someone with FAS an unforgettable time? Become a buddy as a volunteer (eg once every two weeks) and preferably for at least one year.
