About Wijkberaad Laak Centraal

The Wijkberaad Laak Centraal is the residents' organization of Laak Centraal, roughly the part of the city of The Hague located between The Hague Hollands Spoor station and Rijswijk. Laak Central is bordered by the following streets: Laakkade – Rijswijkseweg – Paets van Troostwijkstraat – Jan van Beersstraat – Sinjeur Semeynsweg and the van Zeggelenlaan.

The neighborhood council strives to be a reflection of all residents of the Laak Central neighborhood regardless of age (16+), religion, gender or ethnicity.

The aim of the neighborhood council is to stimulate the quality of life, safety and solidarity in the neighbourhood. She does this by organizing all kinds of activities and by actively cooperating with many other organizations and municipal institutions that are active in the district.
