Are you someone who loves bringing people together, organizing events, or sharing inspiring stories? Do you enjoy using your creativity and communication skills for a purpose that matters?
Then join our Female Ventures Delft/The Hague team, a community of volunteers passionate about empowering women in their professional journeys.
About Female Ventures
At Female Ventures, we believe every woman leads her own venture. We’re a non-profit foundation dedicated to helping women grow their careers with confidence and connection.
We do this by organizing inspiring events, sharing stories through our blog and social media, and building supportive networks across The Netherlands. Our team is fully volunteer-driven - over 40 women and allies across five cities - united by one goal: to create equal opportunities and visible role models for all women.
What You Can Do (2-4 hrs/week)
Depending on your skills and interests, you might:
- Organize local events like networking drinks or workshops
- Engage with our community through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and live gatherings
- Create marketing content for social media, newsletters, or our blog
- Build partnerships with inspiring sponsors, venues, speakers or local companies
- Support operations with coordination, design, or website updates
- No matter your role, you’ll be part of a warm, international team where ideas are welcomed and growth is encouraged.
