As a growing organization with a hybrid structure (Dutch BV + Stichting), we’re looking for an experienced finance expert to manage and optimize our financial operations. Your expertise will be key to ensuring smooth financial management, fund allocation, and compliance with both nonprofit and for-profit requirements.
What We Need: 💼 Fund Management & Financial Strategy – Help us manage diverse funding streams, including grants, investments, and donations, to ensure sustainable growth. 📊 Accounting & Bookkeeping – Oversee day-to-day financial operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with regulations across both nonprofit and commercial entities. 💡 Hybrid Model Expertise – Navigate the financial complexities of our unique hybrid structure, optimizing for both mission-driven impact and business sustainability.
