Join Rypple, a dynamic non-profit startup, as a Fundraiser with expertise in securing funding for social enterprises and non-profits.

Our social enterprise startup, Rypple, is dedicated to making staying healthy easier by transforming healthcare globally with a focus on health promotion over disease treatment. We collaborate with governments to drive systemic change, prioritizing preventive care through innovative, policy-driven solutions.

One of our key policy innovations is adapting the carbon tax model to healthcare. This involves creating incentives that discourage curative services while rewarding preventive measures. Additionally, we’ve developed a scoring framework to evaluate healthcare organizations based on their contributions to health promotion and prevention. Higher-scoring organizations would receive government incentives like tax breaks, fostering a healthcare environment that empowers individuals to lead healthier lives, regardless of economic status.

Join Rypple as a Fundraiser!

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Fundraiser to help scale our mission and make systemic healthcare transformation a reality. In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Develop and execute innovative fundraising strategies to secure financial resources for our projects.
  • Build relationships with donors, grants, and funding organizations aligned with Rypple's vision for preventive healthcare.
  • Work closely with our leadership team to identify new revenue streams and maximize existing partnerships.
  • Support our fundraising campaigns and events, ensuring they reflect Rypple's mission and values.

What we're looking for:

  • A proven track record in fundraising, particularly for social enterprises, non-profits, or health-related initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire stakeholders to invest in transformative ideas.
  • Passion for global health equity and experience in health policy or similar fields is a bonus.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to securing funding opportunities.

Why join Rypple?

By joining Rypple, you'll be at the forefront of a mission-driven organization dedicated to reshaping healthcare into a system that prioritizes health and wellness for all. Your role will directly impact our ability to grow and drive systemic change on a global scale. Together, we can create a world where staying healthy is accessible, equitable, and sustainable.

About Rypple

In a world where healthcare systems in emerging markets are overwhelmed by the burden of disease, our mission is to make staying healthy easier by creating an environment that incentivises health promotion. We combine salutogenesis principles, i.e. what keeps people well and a big picture approach on how different parts of the health ecosystem work together to create long-lasting and scalable solutions.
Our purpose is to make staying healthy easier by creating an environment that incentivises health promotion. We envision a world where every person, regardless of economic status, thrives through proactive health promotion, empowering individuals to lead healthier and fuller lives.
