Arte sin Fronteras is currently in search of an expert in Human Resources, particularly in the areas of creating job descriptions, coordinating schedules and work agendas, staff development, and staff communication. Also would be a plus to have experience in Events planning and Social media communications.
You will:
- Create job/volunteering descriptions
- Have agenda's of the team up to date
- Coordinate meetings and alignment between members
- Interviews and contracts creation
- Social media channels management
- Event planning
About Stichting Kunst Zonder Grenzen / “Arte Sin Fronteras”
The Art Without Borders Foundation is a non-profit foundation, consisting of a network of professionals, volunteers, children, young people and parents who want to realize workshops and projects together in which art and education can have a great social and beneficial value for the development and empowerment of the most vulnerable communities.
The project is aimed at children between the ages of 6 and 13 who belong to vulnerable social groups. Families with children with special needs who belong to the community are also included. In this case it is with children from Venezuela.
The project will receive a number of reading sponsors, who will come to the Netherlands. These are the ones who monitor the work the children do on a daily basis. Godparents are volunteers who study Spanish or are Spanish native speakers."
