Leren Doen is a social organization focused on strengthening the self-reliance, participation, and development opportunities of people who require support in this regard.
The organization offers accessible, practice-oriented learning pathways and develops social projects that align with the target group's living environment and capabilities.
Experiential learning is central to Leren Doen's approach: participants develop knowledge, skills, and employability skills in a practical environment where personal guidance, structure, and meaningful activities come together. In doing so, Leren Doen supports participants in taking concrete steps towards education, work, daytime activities, and broader societal participation.
Additionally, Leren Doen realizes projects with direct societal added value, in which participant development is linked to a visible contribution to society.
