Volunteer Vacancy – Bicycle Technician for Education

Stichting Leren Doen is looking for a committed volunteer with experience in bicycle mechanics who wants to contribute to our practice-oriented education.

Within our organization, we guide young people in their development towards greater self-reliance, education, and employment. In our workshop, they learn practical skills in a real learning environment. For this, we are looking for a skilled craftsman or craftswoman who enjoys passing on knowledge and experience.

What are you going to do?

• assist with practical bicycle mechanics lessons
• Guiding young people with maintenance and simple repairs
• sharing professional knowledge and work experience
• help with learning practical skills
• contribute to a safe and educational work environment

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• has experience in bicycle mechanics
• enjoys guiding young people
• patient, social, and practically minded
• is available for at least one half-day per week
