What is a Haags Hopje?
To promote outdoor play, children aged 4 to 12 can borrow outdoor toys and participate in activities at Haagse Hopjes van Wijkz. Registration and participation are free.
Together with the neighborhood, we ensure that the Haags Hopje at Oranjeplein is a safe and pleasant place for everyone to play. Would you like to contribute to this process? Are you handy and do you work hard to keep the bikes moving? Then we would like to welcome you to our team.
What do we agree on?
You are available at least 1 half day per week. Your commitment is voluntary.
Why you want to become a volunteer with us
- Our volunteer work scores an average of 8.1 among our volunteers!
- You will be assigned a permanent supervisor who you can contact with any questions you may have.
- You can participate in training courses and workshops for our volunteers for free.
