Board Member Building & Facilities

At KDC AandachtsLab, everything revolves around attention—including the environment in which our children and staff operate. As a Building & Facilities board member, you'll monitor the quality and safety of our building, swimming pool, facilities, and outdoor areas. You'll also provide advice on maintenance, sustainability, and safety.

This is a meaningful volunteer board role where you'll truly make a difference. The building is in excellent condition, and the facilities are thoroughly documented. You'll work closely with other board members, the team manager, and dedicated volunteers. Together, you'll ensure the daycare center remains a safe, pleasant, and well-organized place where children can develop optimally and the staff have a great work environment.

The Board of Directors meets 11 times a year in the evenings, and you can schedule your hours flexibly. Expenses are, of course, reimbursed. You'll also have the opportunity to further develop yourself: you'll gain management experience and directly contribute to social impact.
