About Netwerk Haagse HelpersHaagse Helpers is a youth network that offers help to people who have little or no network. We inspire and motivate young people (14-30 years old) to volunteer for lonely townspeople. Volunteering at Haagse Helpers is flexible, so you can work at a time that suits you!
With us you can develop your talents, make new friends and roll up your sleeves. You will go out in The Hague to carry out practical and social assistance activities for vulnerable clients. Examples of this are gardening, shopping, buddy contact, cooking for vulnerable people and baking pancakes for the elderly in care homes. We guide you in the implementation of the volunteer work and we like to hear about your experiences during a coffee moment at our office. We also organize training courses and workshops on social themes. You focus on self-development, you meet other volunteers and we have a drink together afterwards.
Hopefully we'll see you soon!
