There's music in that

In Uitzicht there are 4 departments of small-scale living for elderly people with dementia. One of the characteristics of small-scale living is that it is connected to 'normal' daily life as much as possible and that various activities are done in the living room within a homely atmosphere. Music is very important here, especially live music. That is why we are looking for volunteers who can play a musical instrument.

You organize the music activity together with the activity supervisor

and determines the program together (sometimes in consultation with the residents)

You invite the residents to participate (actively) in the activity

Important for this activity is:

You are available on Monday or Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Affinity with elderly people with dementia;

Be polite, patient and sociable;

Can play different types of music

You are available at least twice a month
