You assist with answering phone calls, scheduling appointments between drivers and residents, and the associated administration.
Some seniors in The Hague experience traveling by public transport for doctor's appointments, family and friends, or running errands as a major challenge. Begeleiden & Rijden offers a solution for these residents: volunteer drivers take them to their appointments and also offer assistance at their destination—if desired—for example, offering a supporting arm or carrying groceries.
You are the link between members and volunteer drivers.
