Ready to lead the scene? Level up your CV and shape the magic of cinema in The Hague as our Events Manager. Apply now!

Are you someone who feels a spark of excitement when the house lights go down? Are you a natural at bringing people together and creating those "you had to be there" moments? Most importantly, are you ready to see your own creative vision come to life at the heart of the International Film Festival The Hague?

This is your invitation to step into the centre of a global cultural community. By joining us as our Events Manager, you aren't just giving your time; you are building a high-level portfolio of experiences that look incredible on a CV. You will find yourself working side-by-side with international filmmakers and industry insiders, opening doors to a professional network that stays with you long after the final credits roll. Beyond the career boost, you’ll have the best seat in the house with an all-access pass to our screenings and the exclusive crew culture that makes IFFH so special.

In this role, you become the architect of the festival’s atmosphere.

You’ll have the freedom to design the guest journey, from the very first greeting at the door to the final toast at an opening night mixer. It’s a role that lets you flex your logistical muscles, coordinate venues, and let your leadership shine as you guide a dedicated team. While it is a challenge that requires a steady hand, it’s one where you get to see the audience's immediate joy and know you were the one who made the magic happen.

If you are someone who stays calm when the clock is ticking and truly loves the "buzz" of a live event, you will thrive here. We are looking for that unique blend of an organised mind and a welcoming heart, someone who is as excited about the small details as they are about the big picture of cinema and community in The Hague.

Note: Do you also speak Dutch? That's a big plus, and familiarity with the Dutch society is preferred.

We would love to hear your story and what drives you. Send us a brief note about why this feels like your next great adventure to [email protected], including your CV and a portfolio (if available).

Let’s create something unforgettable together!
