Every Friday, Resto VanHarte cooks a three-course dinner for the residents of Loosduinen in the Geest community center.
The three-course dinner is cooked by a chef and volunteers, with attention paid to it being healthy, varied and of course tasty. During the evening, nice encounters arise and the guests really have a night out. As a volunteer, you help the chef prepare the dinner and you are also a host or hostess who ensures that the guests have a nice evening.

Target group & impact
Resto VanHarte in The Hague is a social neighborhood restaurant. Neighborhood residents meet each other and enjoy an affordable, good and healthy three-course dinner together. Everyone is welcome to come and dine or help as a volunteer. With this weekly dinner, Resto VanHarte brings neighborhood residents together, usually between 20 and 25 people dine each time. With this dinner, Resto VanHarte ensures that people with a tight budget can also eat out.

Resto VanHarte is committed to increasing the sense of community and solidarity in society. It brings people of different ages, religions and cultures together in accessible eateries. There is always a warm welcome.
