Help out as a volunteer coach for an inclusive football team for children with and without disabilities in Rijswijk starting September ⚽
For our inclusive football team at RVC Celeritas in Rijswijk, we are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer coach to lead the weekly training sessions on Wednesdays at 16:45 (starting in September).
In this team, children aged 6 to 12 with and without disabilities play sports together. Fun, cooperation, and participating at one's own level are central.
The team already exists and is running with great enthusiasm, but our current head coach will be stepping down soon. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys coaching and helping the team grow further together with us.
The commitment consists primarily of one training session per week on Wednesdays. Occasionally, friendly matches are also organized, but not on a weekly basis.
The team is organized by the Equal Play Foundation together with RVC Celeritas. During the training sessions, support from Equal Play is present, including an experienced inclusion counselor. So you are not alone.
Experience with adaptive sports is not necessary. An affinity with children and sports, and a positive attitude are the most important things 😊
