Mina is the founder of the Escamp for Women foundation, dozens of women come here every day for help. Her day starts in the morning at 8 o'clock, then she hands out the bread that she gets from Willem from Stichting Brood Express . After that it is a coming and going of visitors, volunteers and people who are in a crisis situation and also for an activity, for some the only outing of the week.
Although Mina does everything herself, she also has a lot of help. Just as everyone can turn to her for support, everyone is also welcome as a volunteer. “Every volunteer is different, some need a lot of direction, others not. I approach everyone differently and it works!” It therefore ensures that a young and diverse group of volunteers is working at Escamp for Women.
