Do you want to develop your leadership, coaching and recruitment skills? Do you want to contribute to a more social and inclusive world at the same time? As a student coordinator (“stuco”) at Careibu, you will be the point of contact for the student volunteers who are a buddy of a senior in your city.
What is your role as a Stuco?
As a Stuco (student coordinator) you are the supervisor of a group of student volunteers in your city. You coach these students in achieving the goals they have set with their senior. You also organize fun and educational events and you are involved in recruiting and selecting new student volunteers and seniors, so that we can make even more matches. Within your role you have intensive contact with the Careibu team. You are the bridge between the head office and the local student community. You will also be matched with a senior in your area!
