Haagse Wijk- en Woonzorg (HWW care) is a neighborhood-oriented care organization. We are located near you, your loved one and your patient/client. A team that is familiar with the area offers customized care. The wishes and expectations of the client are the starting point. Because HWW care wants everyone to be able to live in the way that suits him or her best. Whether that is at home or in one of our residential care centers and nursing homes.

'The best knowledge in your neighborhood', that is what our neighborhood care teams are known for in The Hague. As successors to Kruiswerk and Thuiszorg Den Haag, they represent more than 100 years of knowledge and experience. Our teams are based in the neighborhoods of The Hague and are organized on a small scale, around our district nurses. With short lines to the clients and referrers such as general practitioners and practice assistants, they arrange the necessary care in consultation.
