Summary

We are seeking a diligent and trustworthy individual to join our team as Treasurer.

Detailed description

As Treasurer, you will manage the Community Centre’s finances, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and that the Centre operates within its budget.


Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain up-to-date financial records, including income, expenditure, and cash flow.

- Prepare financial reports and present them at board meetings.

- Oversee the Community Centre’s budget to ensure financial sustainability.

- Liaise with funders and donors, ensuring transparency and accountability.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.


Skills & Qualities:

- Strong financial management and accounting skills.

- Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

- Ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

- Prior experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping preferable.
