We are seeking an organised and reliable individual to join our team as Rentals Coordinator.

As Rentals Coordinator you will oversee venue rentals for private parties and events happening during evenings and weekends.


Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and respond to rental inquiries.

- Manage the rental calendar, ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts.

- Liaise with the Treasurer to handle payments, deposits, and rental agreements.

- Meet with potential renters to discuss terms and conditions, provide a tour of the venue, and go over essential rules such as fire safety procedures.

- Ensure the clubhouse is left in good condition after each rental and arrange for cleaners.

- Conduct post-rental checks to ensure everything is in order and report any issues that need addressing.

- Most rentals occur on weekends, so flexibility for weekend availability is required.


Skills & Qualities:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in Dutch is preferred.

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with potential renters.

- Basic understanding of venue management and fire safety procedures (training provided).

- Flexibility to check on the venue after weekend rentals.

- Attention to detail to ensure the venue is left in good condition.
