Welcome to Viable Community — a non-profit organization based in the European Union, committed to community-led projects that focus on the preservation and regeneration of nature. We are currently seeking a Web Development Coordinator to collaborate with our existing coordinator and help lead the team in implementing our ongoing web development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-lead, alongside the current coordinator, the development of the website, the new volunteer platform, and the marketplace platform in collaboration with a small team of volunteers
- Coordinate all communications and tasks related to the project plan
- Ensure the timely completion of project milestones and deliverables
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience with Java, HTML, GitHub, Next.js, React, and CSS
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and other online collaboration tools
- Passion for sustainability and nature preservation
