Viable Community is looking for a Fundraising Lead Coordinator to help secure financial and in-kind resources for our environmental and educational projects.
Viable Community is looking for a Fundraising Lead Coordinator to help secure financial and in-kind resources for our environmental and educational projects. In this role, you will play a key part in enabling innovative initiatives that combine sustainability, community-led action, and technology.
You will take the lead in shaping and coordinating fundraising efforts, working closely with a motivated international team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to use their fundraising skills to support real-world environmental impact.

Viable Community is a global non-profit organisation rooted in the European Union. Our mission is to protect and regenerate nature through community-managed projects focused on sustainability, conservation, and restoration.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate fundraising strategies and campaigns
- Research and apply for EU, local, and private grants
- Plan and manage crowdfunding initiatives
- Build partnerships with companies and organisations for sponsorships and in-kind support
- Maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with Content, PR, and Marketing teams on aligned campaigns
What we are looking for
- Interest in sustainability, environmental protection, or social impact
- Experience or strong interest in fundraising, grant writing, or nonprofit development
- Ability to work independently in a remote, digital environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp
- Availability for weekly or biweekly meetings and willingness to take ownership
