Food Hub De Gymzaal is looking for volunteers to grow into The Green Community Center of The Hague. All help is welcome!

Voedsellokaal de Gymzaal on Witte de Withstraat in the Zeeheldenkwartier is an accessible meeting place for people and organizations who want to deal sustainably with food, materials, energy, and each other. Visit www.degymzaal.org to learn more and read our manifesto.

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to further grow into a vibrant center of sustainable innovation and community power. We need a wide range of talents, for, among others:

- the communications team: including managing our social media and writing newsletters

- hosts/hostesses, to welcome people (Tuesday and Friday afternoons) and show tenants around

- people who want to help with activities for local residents such as the Language Café, lunch, etc.

- people with two right hands for the handyman team.

The time commitment varies. The precise job description will be agreed upon with you.
