18 July 2019 - "Face Your Fears. Dare!"

Written by Tetyana Benzeroual
"Face Your Fears. Dare!" with Vassia Sarantopoulou, counselor-psychologist and founder of AntiLoneliness

They say that fear is the only thing that gets smaller as we walk towards it. Together with Vassia Sarantopoulou, counselor-psychologist and founder of AntiLoneliness, we not only attempted to walk towards our fears but also learned to embrace and understand that fear is there to protect us and not to harm us. Vassia explained how to not hold ourselves back again and how to stop feeling that our lives or jobs are in danger because of our fears. If you're interested in joining one of Vassia's informative workshops or sign up for an individual session, be sure to send her an email at [email protected]
