A visit to this hair salon is an outing and a moment of relaxation for the residents.
Every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon (once every two weeks), a hairdresser is present at Cardia Landscheiding's hair salon.
We really want to make this outing a pampering moment for the residents.
Who are you / do you have?
You are cut out for making people happy.
You love having a chat with the elderly and enjoy contributing to their appearance.
You are able to assist a resident in a wheelchair.
You have a great sense of humor and know how to create a cozy atmosphere.
What are you going to do?
With enthusiasm, you pick up the residents who have an appointment at the hairdresser from their apartments; this is where the outing already begins for them.
You provide a cup of coffee/tea and have a friendly chat with the residents. You assist the hairdresser with tasks such as washing hair, removing rollers, and light cleaning duties.
Afterwards, you escort the resident back to their apartment.
