Stichting De Roodkapjes is looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic facilitator to organize meetings for informal caregivers. Our foundation is dedicated to supporting informal caregivers and promoting their own well-being and balance.

Job description

As a facilitator of meetings for informal caregivers, you are responsible for creating a supportive and confidential environment where caregivers can meet, share experiences, and develop skills to promote their own well-being. You understand the challenges caregivers face and have the skills to guide them in finding a balance between their caregiving duties and personal needs.

• Facilitating group discussions, encouraging open communication and sharing experiences.

• Offering practical tips and techniques to reduce stress and find balance.

• Pay individual attention to the needs of each caregiver and guide them in identifying strategies to improve their own well-being.

• Coordinating guest speakers or workshops on relevant topics, such as self-care, emotional resilience, and communication skills.

• Monitoring the progress of the participants and adjusting the meetings based on their feedback.

• For this role, we expect you to be available for 1 to 2 meetings per month.
