Detailed description
About the Hague Art Circle
Located on Denneweg in The Hague, the Hague Art Circle is a place where art, creators, and the public meet. Our spaces host exhibitions, as well as lectures, discussions, music, and small-scale performances. Good technology is essential for this.
What are you going to do
You provide light, sound and images during lectures, conversations, concerts and performances.
You think about the technical setup, build it and check in advance whether everything works.
During the program you operate the technology and you are the point of contact for questions or minor malfunctions.
When
By appointment.
Usually in the evening, during the week or on weekends.
Flexibility is important.
Who are we looking for?
You have an affinity with technology and enjoy working with light, sound and images.
You are reliable, practical and remain calm when something needs to be solved.
Experience is helpful, but not required. We'll provide thorough explanations and guidance.
What do we offer you?
Volunteer in an active cultural environment in The Hague.
Close involvement in lectures, concerts and performances.
Collaboration with makers, speakers and fellow volunteers.
No fixed hours, easy to combine with other work or study.
