Are you strong in visuals and composition?
070online.nl is looking for photographers who capture news, interviews, and events in powerful and narrative images.
What are you going to do?
- You take photos at news events, interviews, and events on location.
- You work independently during press events and current situations.
- You select and edit photos for publication on the website and social channels.
- You contribute ideas regarding image selection, angles, and visual storytelling.
You work independently but are part of a dedicated editorial team. Experience with (news) photography and image editing is a plus. Accuracy, creativity, and a feel for local news are essential.
We ask
- You have experience with (news) photography ; basic knowledge of image editing is sufficient.
- You have your own photography equipment .
- You have a demonstrable interest in local news and know how to capture stories powerfully and visually.
- You are flexible and available for deployment , including for current affairs and events.
- A driver's license and own transport are a plus.
- We are looking for independent photographers with a sense of responsibility and an eye for quality.

Stichting 070online.nl is an independent news organization for The Hague and the region. Through our website and social channels, we publish daily local news, background articles, culture, events, and video reports. We are building a professional and reliable platform that makes the city visible and accessible to a broad audience.
The organization is run entirely by committed volunteers with media experience and a strong affinity for journalism. We work independently and without commercial pressure.
